Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What form do I need to use to apply?
A: CAWG Form 150
http://cawg.cap.gov/files/forms/cawgf150.dot
Cadets should fill this form out on their computer and upload an electronic copy. Then, print it out (double sided) and turn in a hard copy signed by parents and unit commanders at in-processing.
Q: Is there a packing list?
A: Yes. Click Here
Q: Where do I send my form 150?
A: Form 150's need to be electronically uploaded by all Cadets and Cadet Staff applicants on the "Information" or "Staff" pages of this website. Cadets are to print out a hard copy, double sided, of the Form 150 and hand carry it, signed, to in-processing. Cadets who do not show up with signed Form 150's will not be aloud to participate.
Q: Is there a flyer I can download?
A: Yes, click here.
Q: Are walk-in's accepted?
A: As long as cadets have a hand carried hard copy of a signed Form 150 and all of the equipment, walk-in's are welcome. Walk-In's cannot recieve staff positions, however. To make it easier for the executive staff, please try and submit an electronic Form 150.
Q: When will we find out about staff assignments?
A: In the tradition of past PCAM Airshows, the Cadet Executive Staff will announce staff positions on Friday night and hold a pre-airshow staff meeting.
Q: I have a cadet that can only come for one day. Can they still attend?
A: That is fine with us. Just let us know before hand who and what day they will be attending.
Q: Will you be providing dinner Friday night?
A: No, please plan on eating dinner before reporting in.
Q: Will you be providing food and water on Saturday and Sunday?
A: Cadets will recieve breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday. Cadets will recieve ample snacks and beverages during the entire airshow.
